- Q. Why is the cost to exhibit is so expensive compared to other
local shows?
A. This trade mission is not a local show, but bringing international buyers
into your country. Thus, it should be compared to international shows
and not domestic.
- Q. How effective can these international buyers be?
A. The buyers participating are ready and willing to place large orders
in your country. You will be able to preview each buyers profile or their
tech packs/samples before you decide to exhibit.
- Q. How many buyers will I be able to meet?
A. You will have the opportunity to meet each and every buyer we are bringing
to your city.
- Q. What kind of samples do we bring? Can we show samples which we have
produced for other labels?
A. Yes, buyer will be bringing their own samples and tech packs. This
is an order taking show not a fashion show. All you have to do is quote
the price based on the buyer's sample and specifications. Your current
production sample with other brands is the best proof to show your capability.
- Q. Will we be given the chance to invite buyers to our facility or
a private dinner?
A. The first day of the show is designated as a tradeshow. The second
or third days, you are free to invite any buyer back to your facility,
or to a private meeting hosted by your company. ASAP encourages you to
invite buyers to a private dinner, as this is the most effective way of
gaining a buyer’s full attention.
